1、采用等厚(hou)篩分法
隨著篩(shai)分過(guo)程進行,篩(shai)面(mian)上(shang)物(wu)料厚(hou)度從給料端到排(pai)料端逐漸變薄,造(zao)成篩(shai)面(mian)利用緊后松的(de)不(bu)合理(li)供料現(xian)象,為此可采用不(bu)同傾(qing)角的(de)折線形篩(shai)面(mian),以控制物(wu)料在篩(shai)面(mian)各段有(you)不(bu)同的(de)運動(dong)速度,使(shi)礦流(liu)坡(po)式向前流(liu)動(dong),從而提高(gao)難篩(shai)粒子(zi)在排(pai)出端的(de)透篩(shai)機會。
2、采用擴大篩(shai)孔的多層篩(shai)
普通單層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)篩(shai)(shai)給料(liao)中“難篩(shai)(shai)粒(li)(li)子”和“阻礙粒(li)(li)子”(大于篩(shai)(shai)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)粒(li)(li)子)幾乎部從(cong)給料(liao)端(duan)運動到排料(liao)端(duan),從(cong)而影響(xiang)了中、細粒(li)(li)物料(liao)的(de)分(fen)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)與透篩(shai)(shai)。采用(yong)(yong)從(cong)下(xia)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)到上層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)篩(shai)(shai)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)逐漸(jian)加大、篩(shai)(shai)面(mian)傾角逐漸(jian)減(jian)小的(de)多層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)篩(shai)(shai),即(ji)對不同(tong)粒(li)(li)度的(de)物料(liao)用(yong)(yong)不同(tong)傾角和篩(shai)(shai)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)篩(shai)(shai)面(mian),在上層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)、中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)、下(xia)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)篩(shai)(shai)面(mian)上分(fen)別完成(cheng)物料(liao)松散、分(fen)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),預篩(shai)(shai)分(fen)和細粒(li)(li)篩(shai)(shai)分(fen)作用(yong)(yong),克服篩(shai)(shai)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)堵塞,提高(gao)篩(shai)(shai)分(fen)效率。
3、采用大規格(ge)的篩子(zi)
大型圓振動篩增加了振動力和振幅,使(shi)篩板對物料的沖擊應力和剪(jian)切應力增大,以克服礦粒之間的黏(nian)著力,也(ye)減少了篩面(mian)的堵(du)塞(sai),使(shi)被篩物料快速完(wan)成松散、分層(ceng)和透篩,由于篩子(zi)作業條件的,提高了篩分效(xiao)率。
4、增加篩分面積
實踐(jian)證明(ming),減(jian)少單(dan)位篩面(mian)(mian)上(shang)物料量可篩分(fen)(fen)效(xiao)率。當篩面(mian)(mian)上(shang)實際物料量約為篩子(zi)能力的80%時,篩子(zi)篩分(fen)(fen)效(xiao)率高。當用篩子(zi)作分(fen)(fen)級設(she)備時,由于(yu)細粒(li)級多,應(ying)有篩分(fen)(fen)面(mian)(mian)積和適當加長篩面(mian)(mian),使長寬比在(zai)2:1以上(shang)有利于(yu)提高篩分(fen)(fen)效(xiao)率。
5、采用合理的傾角
控制物料在(zai)(zai)篩(shai)(shai)面上的(de)流動速(su)度。一般來說(shuo),傾(qing)角大,篩(shai)(shai)面上物料運動速(su)度快,生產能力大,但效(xiao)率(lv)低。要(yao)(yao)獲得較高(gao)篩(shai)(shai)分效(xiao)率(lv),物料在(zai)(zai)篩(shai)(shai)面上運動速(su)度一般控制在(zai)(zai)0.6m/s以(yi)下,篩(shai)(shai)面要(yao)(yao)保持(chi)15°左右(you)的(de)傾(qing)角。
